Preparation Instructions:

For an authentic experience, use a South Indian coffee filter.

1. Add 2-3 tablespoons of Aroma coffee powder to the top section of the filter.
2. Press down gently with the plunger.
3. Pour hot water (just below boiling) slowly over the coffee.
4. Place the lid on the filter and allow the decoction to drip into the lower chamber. This process can take a few minutes.
5. Mix the resulting decoction with hot milk and sugar to your taste to create a perfect cup of filter coffee.
